My day to day job role is to overlook the team and support them as required. I serve guests on the bar and deal with customer complaints.
As team leader I have learnt key skills such as delegation and people management. I have also learnt how to efficiently deal with complaints.
I enjoy the programme as it is nice and organised online and doesn't take too long to complete each section. There is regular opportunity to get feedback.
My programme is well organised and easy to navigate while working through it.
I receive a lot of support from my employer and they are always able to help if I need any extra support.
I recieve regular progress reviews and 1to1 sessions from my provider which helps me understand how I am doing so far and where I need to focus to do better.
I feel my qualifaction helps me as I learn new ways to think about things and alternate solutions to problems that I didn't even know about.
There aren't any extra-curricular activities.
