Daily routines involves checking air handling units ensuring that they are working and provide clean air to the hospital
I’ve learned how to communicate better and socialise within a team I understand that team work really does make the dream work and that working on site their are engineers always willing to give a hand
I enjoy the fact that during the program we get given rewards for the work we do
The program is organised however it does need tweaking as there are definitely some issues with college which makes it difficult to progress
I do get plenty of support from my employer and I do know my strengths and weakness
I had to go ahead and learn other ways at first but now I do receive the full support I need in college
Given targets and step by step I do get to see breaks downs on areas that I need to target to ensure success
I’m not sure honestly
Yes
Honestly the team work and drive and the incentive to work hard and get rewarded
Be open be willing and never shy away from the unknown
