I help the class teacher with the different tasks and activities through out the day with the children and have my own guided reading groups that I work with. I also support a child with SEN needs during half the day.
I have gained confidence in working with a class full of children, I am more creative, I am more organised, I am always looking for things to develop on and wanting to do better.
I love working in a primary school as a Teaching Assistant and I love the support and help I get by my school and training provider such as my tutor who helps me with any worries or concerns and my assignment.
It is very organised and structured as I get my assignments done on time and they always have the right answers and detail in them.
I receive a lot of support from my employer and I am very happy with the amount of help and support I get all the time.
A lot of support whenever it is needed and they are always there and happy to give the support I need on my work.
It helps me a lot because I gain the knowledge I need to work with the kids in early years and to become a better TA for my school.
Yes we have had a Christmas party for staff, we have sports activities to get involved in and make more events to go to for my apprenticeship.
Yes
it’s a very supportive and good apprenticeship programme and I love my job.
Just follow your goals and apply for the apprenticeship you want to get into and keep working hard in it and you will achieve so much.
