Daily checks, shadowing the technicians and problem solving
Started with little to no engineering experience and now almost qualified in mechanical and electrical engineering
Enjoying the apprenticeship very much, lots of opportunities and lots of room to move up jobs
As we are the first year doing a multi skilled apprenticeship there was a bit of confusion with the college course and what CBRE wanted
My employer supports me in every way possible.
I am receiving all the support I need. When I show them what I need to get done, they explain what I need to do and how we can get it sorted.
I am gaining lots of experience and is helping me in my job role
There are many out of work that vents that occur, this includes team building exercises, free food on Fridays to talk about the workplace and our thoughts
