Listening to and advising customers. Managing stock. Unloading lorries. Range changes.
Since i started i have learnt how to operate forklift trucks, the timber saw, the tills. It has also booosted my confidence in talking to people.
Very much so.
Its pretty straight forward and easy to understand and easy to use. I do wish there was more personal meetings, which i believe they are getting back to post covid.
Employer gives me my allocated time to do my work. Although sometimes it is difficult to get away if i am the only one working on my department.
My training provider is always there for me, if i have any questions or concerns.

There is not, although i do organise activities with work friends outside of work.

The people are amazing there. There is scope for progression and support to help you get there.
Talk to as many of the staff as you can. The staff is what makes it a great place to work
