Supporting supply chain and logistics to ensure stock is coming in within goods in allowances and cash budget. Work closely with buying team and suppliers with any issues that arise.
Built my confidence in leading a team. Improved my communication and organisational skill which has helped me further my career.
I enjoyed the workshops and tasks as it allowed me to use these skills in real life. Only part I didn't enjoy as much was the workloads towards the middle/end f the programme.
I felt like it was structured well however wasn't very organised at the start as we switched tutors
Line manger was good as they had also done the programme however in a fast paced business it was hard to put all the time in ensure this programme was completed to the best of my ability.
Good amount of support, if I needed something my tutor or workshop trainer always were there. Regular 1-2-1's with tutor was beneficial
This was very helpful to perform better and as a result had 2 promotions from the start of the programme.
Yes, our department usually get involved in holding a yearly sports day and supply chain get together every few months. We also get to interact with suppliers
Yes
Great for progression as they are helpful with development.
Need to ensure you want to get involved within the team and take in the culture as AO try to make it as enjoyable and fun to work.
