I assist the relationship managers with their daily administration tasks including checking customers who are overdrawn daily, running RAROEs to agree overdrafts, liaising with the PO's in India regarding customers financial positions. I also analyse customer data to assess what extra products our customers could benefit from.
I have learnt how to use a range of different systems including backoffice, equifax, CRM and i have improved my general knowledge of the banking and finance industry. I have also improved my communication skills by presenting and completing projects within my team
I am currently enjoying my programme, the content is very interesting, it gets taught in an online classroom meaning we can ask questions etc when necessary and I believe all the staff contacts in the programme are very supportive.
Very well organised, all the content is published before the sessions, the timetables are sent out with reminders for each session and the sessions are regular. I believe the content is also well structured as the work of the previous topic links to the topic we learn next.
My employer supports me by giving me allocated time to complete my studies and my colleagues also provide me with any extra resources they think may be useful for my studies
The training providers are extremely supportive and always ready to provide advice and guidance when needed.
The qualification gives me the necessary knowledge needed to help me succeed in my current role
I join weekly FX webinars & take part in meetings with product partners to gain more industry knowledge
