  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My degree has helped me talk to my colleagues to understand more about the firm. This can help me connect with others and develop connections with them. • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I have attended my firm's First Fridays events which allow me to network with those in different service towers and be able to make connections across the firm in a casual environment. I also attended my firm's christmas gala dinner which allowed me to see my colleagues outside of a formal working environment and enjoy their company. I do wish to attend more activities in the firm.

  • 9a. Would you recommend PwC to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I have already recommended PwC to my friends and family as the firm is a great way to develop my professional skills as well as self confidence as I meet new people regularly and I am able to thoroughly enjoy my job and the people in it. PwC also are very invested in me and what I can bring to the firm which is highly motivating. They really look after their employees.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PwC?
  • I would say they should be persistent and motivated as the recruitment process can be lengthy. Sticking at it and completing all the necessary steps and wait for your result and feedback enthusiastically. It can feel a bit lonely waiting to know how you've done but it is so worth it in the end and all the hard work definitely pays off!
