Yes, I have greatly advanced my knowledge of power electronics, systems engineering, project management and problem solving.
Very much so especially the further I get into it my rate of growth is increasing.
The program is very well structured as it provides a greater initial academic focus to build up a foundation of knowledge that is then applied more as the focus shifts of workplace projects in the later years.
As much as is necessary. There are many support systems in place that will cater within reason to whatever you need in any aspect of the apprenticeship.
The support from the training partner can vary depending on the individual delivering the module but generally it is ample.
The training provides a good balance between technical knowledge of how the products I am developing work and business logistics that have to be navigated during development processes.
Though many of my peers do get involved in such organised activities, I personally prefer to further study the topics covered at work in my spare time as they have sparked such a curiosity within me.
