Assisting business banking customers with their business needs, including funding, business insurance, HR compliance.
Yes, I have learnt much about business banking and finance.
I thoroughly enjoy my program especially the work element.
Structured well alongside work however BPP is not organized and has caused many calendar mistakes.
I am fully supported by NatWest, my team and my manager. I couldn't ask for more.
Help is there when requested however they aren't the best at preempting what people may need.

They are a fully supportive and inclusive employer. Excellent pay and working conditions good moral and community.
The application process is long and difficult but preparation is key. Research their values and critical people capabilities and make sure you have examples of how you are aligned. Also smile and relax they are all lovely and want to help you.
