Yes, I've gained a critical understanding of digital architecture and how a financial digital infrastructure is composed and maintained. I have also learned critical investigation skills and understanding digital team escalation points, how to properly report and document incidences and appropriately handle recovery efforts.
I enjoyed my program quite a lot, quite a few interesting courses and lab work which allowed me to fully get involved in my learning, the lecturers were also supportive
The structure of my program was easy to understand, made out of lectures and personal written courses done in my own time. Everything was well communicated.
My employer gives me a lot of support and all the needed time to focus on my studies alongside my work.
I get a lot of help from my training provider and assure that I have a 1-2-1 with them every month or so in order to address any issues/questions/learning requirements I may possess.
I have used a lot of what i've learned in my qualification and applied it to my role, it allows me to better understand the basis of which my job is built upon and allows me to be a better part of the team.
