Sorting out quotes for companies, completing offer letters, shadowing team members, participating in meetings with team.

I have Learnt so many new skills over the past few months!!! Everybody is so friendly and will always help you!!

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying the programme, I am enjoying gaining new knowledge and learning new terminology i woudl've once not ever used!

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well organised, my employers give me time within my working week to complete apprenticeship work and everybody within the team are so respectful of that!

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support, from my employer/ manager is amazing!! They have made me feel so comfortable that if i need to ask any questions i can!! (No matter how silly i think the questions are)

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have only just started the apprenticeship but so far i believe the support to be a substantial amount

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am starting to learn stuff about the job role through the webinars that help me relate and link things together

Natwest have provided me with an amazing opportunity where i can learn a whole new qualification on the job and earn a livable wage

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?

Don't hold back!!! you may have doubts or not think youll know enough, but you will learn everything you need to on the job!! everybody is also so supportive!!!
