Assisting a relationship manager in day to day queries and issues, speaking to customers, creating briefs for meetings, creating presentations, helping with customer due diligence.
Yes, definitely speaking to customers, organisation skills have massively improved, customer service and ethical needs based selling.
The specific course for my apprenticeship is really interesting - I've learnt so much by doing the webinars which is really helping me understand more of the banking world as when you come into a banking role people assume you know all about banking which I didn't.
Very organized and well structure. easy to understand
I receive support yes. It's hard to completely switch off on my designated apprenticeship day as you still have customers ringing etc. but I know I can have time back in the week to help with my studies if needs be
Yes. they are very supportive. I have my own coach who can help guide me through any queries i may have
I wouldn't say I can comment on this as of yet as the apprenticeship has just started this last month. I think after a few more sessions and meetings with my coach i may feel like i can perform better in my role.
Yes there are lots of volunteering opportunities and networking events to get involved in.
