  • PMO role. Resource forecast and budget for projects/programmes. Minutes for meetings and keeping track of actions. Pack creation for meetings. Governance assurance.

  • Finance budgeting is the main skill that I have learned.

  • Finding the programme extremely enjoyable. Learning new skills and putting them into practice. Lots of support from line managers and BPP coach

  • Mostly well organised however I feel that the assignment webinars are not entirely helpful to completing the assignments

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Lots of support. Encouraged to take regular study days. Lots of support in networking and have been given the chance to present in large meetings

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Lots of support from BPP coach and regular webinars for assignments and CFA exam. I do feel that the webinars could be more tailored to the assignments.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Good to have support from coach however work has to be completed to be able to meet learning outcomes for assignment so I feel the work itself helps me to be better at the role however the assignment is good to reflect on my progress

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I go to the London office to allow me to network with my team. I am engaged in a communications stream as well as a team that allows colleagues to support colleagues through the promotions process as well as more general skills based learning.

  • Onboarding process is not simple but well supported with any issues. Friendly and supportive colleagues
