PMO role. Resource forecast and budget for projects/programmes. Minutes for meetings and keeping track of actions. Pack creation for meetings. Governance assurance.
Finance budgeting is the main skill that I have learned.
Finding the programme extremely enjoyable. Learning new skills and putting them into practice. Lots of support from line managers and BPP coach
Mostly well organised however I feel that the assignment webinars are not entirely helpful to completing the assignments
Lots of support. Encouraged to take regular study days. Lots of support in networking and have been given the chance to present in large meetings
Lots of support from BPP coach and regular webinars for assignments and CFA exam. I do feel that the webinars could be more tailored to the assignments.
Good to have support from coach however work has to be completed to be able to meet learning outcomes for assignment so I feel the work itself helps me to be better at the role however the assignment is good to reflect on my progress
I go to the London office to allow me to network with my team. I am engaged in a communications stream as well as a team that allows colleagues to support colleagues through the promotions process as well as more general skills based learning.
