I am responsible for running the business and reporting to my Business Manager, achieving financial controls and pushing for targets for a profitable and Gold standard business.
I have developed my management styles and been able to adapt them with different employees, I have also learned how to develop a succession plan for the future.
I enjoy it as it builds my confidence and expands my knowledge and root knowledge for policies and procedures I was not sure of before.
It works very well and breaks down enough so I can keep on track
My Business Manager is my coach, it will work better in the latter months but quarter one of any year means I will need to be on shop floor more, so I don't get much time of any to complete it at work.
My Training Provider is brilliant.
It will solidify my confidence and will help me move forward.
My new role helps me interact with customers more. Decorating the store and raising money for RMHC.

Ten years ago when I first started I was a totally different person, fast forward I am confident, happy and learning new things!
Do it, I'm stable in my job and finances and I've got the opportunity to develop myself.
