Serving customers, taking orders, gathering food together for an order either for in store drive thru click and collect and delivery. Making hot and cold drinks and McFlurrys and milkshakes and ice creams
I have learnt lots of new skills in the role. I have learnt how the kitchen of run. I have learnt each areas . My communication with people has improved . My patience has also improved
Somewhat. I am 3/4 of the way through now. I just need to bump up my off the job hours , this is the hardest thing to do
It’s not too bad. Easy to understand where you are upto and what is still left to do
I receive lots of support from my line manager she is always happy to help me and answer any query’s I have
He gives me the support I need . And if he does not know the answer he will find out from one of his colleagues
I think it slightly helps me to preform better within my role.
