I'm the restaurants Admin, my role includes filing, responding to emails, answering the phone, look at working time regulations
Yes I have learnt a lot about time management and how I can prioritise my jobs each day
I'm really enjoying it so far, I'm learning lots of new skills
Very well organised. I have a clear learning plan with dates that each section needs to be completed.
My employers have been amazing, I have monthly reviews to catch up on how I'm getting on and I'm given one day a week to complete apprenticeship work
I'm given regular feedback on any work that is submitted and have regular reviews with my lifetime coach
As previously started I have learnt alot about time management which really helps when I'm given extra jobs to complete on my working days
We have quarterly crew events and regular manager meetings

Mcdonalds is so flexible and everyone is so lovely. I have worked for them for over 20 years and they really do care about their employees
Always been clear about what hours you can work
