My role is to ensure well developed trainers to train employees in procedure's, process's and ensure restaurants remain within legal legislation. Create and develop restaurant culture.
I think I have learnt more knowledge and how to act when it comes to legislation, and the employment laws in place, and ensure they are being followed. I think the area i improved the most was in developing my new skills
I enjoy the researching for completing the modules/ assignments. The information that they send me has become very helpful in practice and the membership to CIPD has helped extremely.
My programme is structured well, but sometimes it is difficult to find the time in order to complete all the tasks. This may be due to my current working climate rather than the programme itself. Could be made easier by all being on the same system.
My employer is extremely supportive to the apprenticeship and is also using the conversations we have about it sometimes as a learning experience also. Time restraints have been an issue at times.
I think I receive the necessary support needed from my training provider when working towards my qualification
I think it helps me improve on my job performance and will help me progress further later into my career
There are social events held, team building exercises and i am invited to professional networking events.
