Learning and development of our crew also I am a leader of customer care team where we taking care of our customers and their visits in our store
I am on track with developing new skills and reassuring skills what I already got it
I really enjoy this program as explained is really properly and undersable
Very well I have a contacts with my mentors whenever I need them but regularly we have a meeting every month
I belive because of busy period I can get enough attention with my need of the process
