I really enjoyed my apprenticeship, with covid hitting my apprenticeship was postponed but after that I was ready and back again completing it! I completed the hospitality services level 2 qualification and I feel a lot more confident working with others and more confident working in the hospitality sector.
I developed loads of new skills that I can use in any other career I make take!
I really enjoyed my program and it gave me the experience and knowledge to work in the hospitality sector in the future.
Very well, it's easy to go through and you always have a helping hand when needed.
I received more support of my lifetime trainer then what I did off my actual employer.
I got loads of support from my training provider and he was always there to help!
