  • I am a crew trainer which means I help train new crew members or crew members that don’t know a certain station

  • I have learnt managerial skills such as dealing with situations and customer satisfaction

  • My programme so far has been rather stressful with not getting the hours I need but that is beginning to change

  • From the point of view of lifetime I cannot fault it but McDonald’s haven’t been as helpful as I would have hoped

  • Minimal support is given from my mentor but another manager has helped me

  • She is always happy to help me out when I phone her

  • No, there are no opportunities like these presented by my restaurant

  • It is a good company to work for however I feel that I don’t work at the best performing restaurant
