I am a crew trainer which means I help train new crew members or crew members that don’t know a certain station
I have learnt managerial skills such as dealing with situations and customer satisfaction
My programme so far has been rather stressful with not getting the hours I need but that is beginning to change
From the point of view of lifetime I cannot fault it but McDonald’s haven’t been as helpful as I would have hoped
Minimal support is given from my mentor but another manager has helped me
She is always happy to help me out when I phone her
I’m learning new skills that I can apply on the floor
No, there are no opportunities like these presented by my restaurant
Yes
It is a good company to work for however I feel that I don’t work at the best performing restaurant
Be confident, eager to learn and always strive for more
