My role is currently focused on data engineering, working as the name suggests, within data. This generally involves closely collaborating with my team, and working the full development cycle, e.g. preproduction/planning, development and testing.
I have developed new programming skills with SQL, Python, Pyspark and other frameworks. In addition to developing my presentation, networking & general administrative abilities. I have also learnt/developed skills relating to mentoring/coaching.
Yes
NatWest has been an excellent employer to work for, though it's specifically my team which deserves a lot of praise.
Be honest and candid about your current capabilities, especially within the interview stages. Trying to come across as more experienced than you actually are is a recipe for disaster. Make sure you identify 3 aspects of the company that resonate with you and highlight these in the interview.
