  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
  • As a former McDonald's apprentice, one piece of advice I would give to others applying to McDonald's is to start as a crew member first. This will give you a chance to understand the company culture and gain some practical experience before moving on to more advanced roles and training. Starting as a crew member will also give you a chance to see if McDonald's is the right fit for you. It's a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and it's not for everyone. By starting as a crew member, you'll be able to see if you enjoy the work and if you feel comfortable working in a busy, high-pressure environment.
