Crew trainer includes a lot of corrective coaching and help people when they are struggling
Both it has shown the correct way to deal with obstacles but I’ve also used my knowledge
It is very relaxing and not stressful having the time to complete the questions is good and the one to one learning is helpful
Very well prepared and helpful always had the help when I needed it
Any help that was needed was giving it I needed recourses they were provided it was nice to get supportive feedback from them also
All the help needed was given and used wisely
It makes me more confident and understand how to correctly handle situations
Foot ball is a big thing within the boys and girls

It is a good environment to be in and you make the best friends in there and have a good time while working
Understand that’s it’s okay to not get things straight away it takes time but once you’ve got used to it it’s more comfortable
