To train crew members to a high standard and keep training up to date and to make sure that everyone follows policy and procedures along with providing great customer service I also so speak with management to keep them up to date on everyone’s training and where rooks need to improve
So far I have learnt how to use punctuation and grammar by doing functional skills in English and I have been able to be left in charge of shifts which will help me in the future when I become manager to be able to run a good smooth shift and it allows me to get o know the staffs strengths and weaknesses so we don’t struggle in the busy periods
I really enjoy it I have learnt so many different aspects to my role and how to be a better leader and I have learnt more about the outsiders point of view and how to manage targets and waste I have learnt how to analyse customer profile and how this helps the business
The programe is so well structured it shows you where you are what you need to do it also has a time line for things that you have coming up and it’s so easy to use as it tells you what you need to complete that month and your progress
I receive an mass amount of support for my employer they give me loads of time on shift to do my work they allow me time for meetings and time for exams and mock exams and they allow me time to do my learning and they allow me to put it into practice
I receive a massive amount of support from my trainer if I need to I can just email or message him through the portal if I really need to I can zoom call him if I don’t understand something he helps simplify it so that I do understand it

I think that McDonald’s is a brilliant company to work for they work around what hours you can do as they are very family oriented for instance I can only work certain days due to having a child and they work round that and they don’t penalise you for it
Just be yourself and you can’t go wrong we are very equality and diversity oriented as a business we welcome everyone no matter your differences and it’s celebrated we are a close not family and you can make some life long friends along the career paths you choose
