my role as crew trainer is to train new starters especially and show and teach them how to do their job, my role also includes in making sure they understand what they’re doing and also allows them to ask me questions if they may be unsure. my role does not only require new starters but anyone else who wants to learn a new station on the shop floor.
i have learnt many skills in my job, i enjoy it very much, because as i teach people i also learn myself. my skills in certain areas including kitchen and running areas have developed very well as the more i do them, the better i get. i find it very amusing to teach people and make sure they trust me while they learn.
i enjoy it very much, there is fair amounts of written work as much as physical work, i also know if i need help i can ask a manager or even one of my fellow coworkers. what makes my job more enjoyable is the people i work with, knowing i have created a trustworthy coworker ship with them
it is very well organised, my apprenticeship tutor person meets up with me every month or so to let me catch up on some work, she is very nice and is very organised too. she makes me enjoy doing my written work as she will talk me along my work.
i receive a fair amount of support from my managers/employers, as i am not the only apprentice in mcdonald’s they give me and another apprentice fair amounts of work and help. with teamwork the work i have to do is very easy and enjoyable. so in conclusion there is a lot of support
my training provider helps me with my work, she makes me enjoy my work, this is because i really love my job and the people i work for, i know if i have an questions i am able to reach out to either my training provider or even my work managers which makes this a lot more helpful
working my way from just a crew member to now crew trainer has influenced me to work harder and better within work and my apprenticeship this is because i like to make management proud in their decision of me being one of their apprentices. even if i make a mistake my training provider makes it known and explains to me how i can improve
yes and no. this is because we will have crew events every so often which are very enjoyable!! there are also loads of charity events that as a team we have goals we need to reach, this allows all of the crew to work together and have targets to aim toward.
Yes
i enjoy my job very much, i also find it very easy to pick up on especially with who you work around, it has flexible hours and a fair pay, this job is my first job and i do not plan on leaving any time soon, i enjoy it a lot.
i would advise you make sure that you take the job seriously, just becuase it may be fun or “easy” it’s still a job and has people above you who will be taking note of how well you do your job, if you don’t take it seriously management will cut your shifts as they don’t think your fit enough to work
