My role is customer care and I take care of customers who walk into the restaurant so dealing with their food and drink orders but also make sure that they are satisfied with what they are eating and drinking to make their stay better then what they might expect it to be.
I have developed many skills in my time working at McDonald’s one of which is how to deal with tricky customers this would include complaints that they might have on a daily basis but also making sure toilets and all the facilities they use are clean and up to standard.
I really enjoy the program that I am on and I feel like it will help me in the future this is because I would have the skills nessesary to deal with customers and what they have to offer but also I can use this program to make future careers for myself.
I think that the structure is programmed really well and organised with a weekly dedicated day to do all of the work but also make sure that any incomplete work gets done before it is due so having dates set on all activities make this programme so organised and structured well.
I receive so much support from my employer by getting a day a week dedicated to doing my program which is help full as I can manage the tasks well and make sure that they are done by the date that they are due so being able for the employer to give me time is amazing
My training provider helps me so much with activities that I quite don’t understand which is nice given that I know with any difficulties I may have I can go to her and see will set up a meeting to talk about it their and then very quickly so I can complete the task
I fell that through my qualification I can gain so much as it enables me to perform better within my role which is super help full as I always want to improve and help my team out as much as possible so gaining further knowledge then them helps boost the morale of my team
As far as I’m aware their isn’t however I would love to see some sport events that the store can get involved with as it means that I can so my leaderships skills that I have learned to the team to perform better in the field which is important
Yes
I would recommend McDonald’s to a friend or a college because it has helped me developed so much within my role at the company and I want to see the same outcome to all of my fellow staff as that way we would achieve so much more together and gain more knowledge
I would say that you have to work with the company before so you have plenty of time to get to know your team and staff members this way because it makes them fell better if you get along but also for yourself you get to understand more what it is that they can help you with
