1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work as a HR Generalist for Cummins, day to day i look after key stakeholders, collaborating and consulting with them on HR issues as well as working on many projects from Early Careers to Training.

The course allowed me to build on my skills and experience and learn how to be an effective leader.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed learning more knowledge, not only about the course but also learning my capabilities.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The course was organised well with a clear structure and outcome.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer was very supportive during my course, allowing me the time needed to dedicate to my studies and successfully complete the training.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot of support was given by my training provider, they were always on hand should i have any questions or if i was stuck at any point.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe it gives me a great platform to push forward with my career and take the next step in to more leadership roles.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Cummins has community partners which we are able to volunteer to support and are asked to complete a minimum of 4 hours per annum.
