Provide strategic, analytical, and technical support for data science, analysis and intelligence activities.

I have a exposure to Power Bi, SQL, Python Automation tools, ML techniques, Linux and other software/languages.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I highly enjoy the variety and the parts of my job that involve aspects like problem solving and developing digital solutions for our clients and internal use.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The apprenticeship provider offers a structured and clear schedule the company agreed to support. Initially might look hectic and confusing, but as time passes, adjusting to the mechanisms and programme requirements is pretty straightforward.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Arcadis has clear support paths and resources to cope with the apprenticeship.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

As an apprentice, I can raise my concerns using the mechanisms put in place by the provider, like coaching and student association support.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel more confident participating in projects in my workplace. The apprenticeship has helped me to get familiar with a professional language and become knowledgeable of industry trends I can use to perform at a standard level.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Social is an essential part of life within Arcadis, and there is a wide variety of activities to be part of, like charity day, quiz day, sports groups, yoga and many more.

Many positive things made Arcadis an excellent place to work. The two I value the most are that in Arcadis, professional growth is guaranteed, a large number of professionals are keen to support you, and exciting projects to work on that will keep anyone excited every day.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Arcadis?

Be excited and show interest in being part of it. Read about the exciting global projects and visualize yourself participating in those and contributing to achievement with your skills and acquiring even more.
