The whole working environment feels warm and all employees are welcoming. The workload is perfectly balanced and the managers are very helpful whenever required. The pay scale is slightly better than most of the companies in similar fields.
Overall Cummins is a great company with a lot of growth opportunities for a successful career. You will learn a lot from their processes and always feel valued.
