Meeting colleagues from all aspects of the business. Assist in the sales of the auctions whether being online or in person in different offices. Completing coursework for my apprenticeship modules, that all interlinks with my day to day role
Time / Project management. Soft Skills such as active listening, how to communicate to different junior and senior colleagues. Increase in confidence of my knowledge of my subject area.
Fully. I am able to use my knowledge in my day to day role and apply it to coursework. I am able to collaborate with specialized colleagues in different departmental areas of the business and understand what they do.
Very organized, understand when there is coursework due. Workshops with the apprenticeship provider are great, as in the learning I am able to talk about what we do in my day to day role and share different experiances.
All the time. Located time to do apprenticeship work. Variety of projects to enhance my skills whether being in my day to day knowledge in the role I have or the soft skills.
Regular workshops every 2 months. Monthly 1-2-1's where support is provided and guidance either in my day to day role or coursework modules. Workshops are beneficial as i am able to bring everything to life.
My qualification brings what i do in my day to day role to life. By answering questions either in my coursework or in the workshops and 1-2-1's. Regular feedback on how to improve.
We have regular apprenticeship socials, outside networking events to meet new colleagues and different people. Understand the items we are selling and how an auction works. EDI events. Christie's lates.

Where would you be able to see masterpieces downstairs in your office every few weeks. Colleagues are always supportive in helping you excel and grow.
