we do a total of 12 different rotations across site and are involved in shadowing and independently carrying out tasks from test engineering (analyzing data from engine testing) to plant maintenance.
yes i am learning something new all the time
i am enjoying the variety of the role and the daily interactions with each department learning an array of things across different engineering disciplines
fairly structured there is rotation tracker for the whole apprenticeship as well as key documents in each rotation outlining what you will learn
receive a lot of support and someone is always there if needed

it allows me to study deeper into the why i am doing what im doing and the theory that goes behind different operations
