  • My role involves planning induction events for apprentices, communicating and securing dates with various individuals to speak at these events, preparing presentations regarding new programs, being involved with engagement activities within HR and improving skills for business curriculums through gathering data from surveys about these.

  • I have become more proficient with excel, powerpoint, microsoft word and learnt how to use PDF editor

  • I enjoy my programme very much, I love the variety and the vast number of different things I can get involved with and help out with.

  • My programme is decently structured, however there has been a bit of a gap in structure when my learning coaches were switching

  • I receive a study day from my employer every week to complete my studies

  • I have regular calls with my learning coach

  • 9b. Why?
  • I love the culture at UBS, many people have been here for over 10 years which just shows how great of a place it is to work. The internal mobility in UBS is amazing and everyone is so supportive of your development.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to UBS?
  • I would say research well into UBS so you can showcase your passion and knowledge of UBS in your interview, for example through looking at annual reports and headcounts.
