I love the culture at UBS, many people have been here for over 10 years which just shows how great of a place it is to work. The internal mobility in UBS is amazing and everyone is so supportive of your development.
I would say research well into UBS so you can showcase your passion and knowledge of UBS in your interview, for example through looking at annual reports and headcounts.
