  • I'm learning more about myself and my company as I go through the course which is great

  • It's very well structured it's challenging in places which keeps you focused on the course

  • My manager is great he is on board with what I'm doing and very willing to help me

  • Michelle is great she is always there if I need any help

  • Because I have learnt more about myself and how the company works I feel that I can provide a better shopping experience for out customers as I understand more about what they want

  • I am talking shop rep for work but other than that no as the manager is new to the role but hopefully in the future we can sort something
