I'm learning more about myself and my company as I go through the course which is great
It's very well structured it's challenging in places which keeps you focused on the course
My manager is great he is on board with what I'm doing and very willing to help me
Michelle is great she is always there if I need any help
Because I have learnt more about myself and how the company works I feel that I can provide a better shopping experience for out customers as I understand more about what they want
I am talking shop rep for work but other than that no as the manager is new to the role but hopefully in the future we can sort something
