I work in a children's home looking after young children aged from 8 to 18 and make sure they have all their basic needs and to promote them to engage in a range of activities and education and to also create a caring and naturing environment
How to communicate with professionals
I enjoy been hands on and making sure that bothered young people I care for feel like they have a sense of belonging.
Very well organised
I receive the right amount of support needed and can always ask for additional support if needed
I can talk openly about my feelings and expess anything I feel I carnt express to my employer.
I do t think it makes a difference as I am more hands on then doing online course work but I can also use theory's I have learnt to help at the same time.
