    • Quoting account managers, looking to gain further discount on our products and maintaining customer relationships.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

    • I have both learnt and developed skills whilst being at Softcat, I had relatively fresh communication skills both verbally and over email, however after 18 months of being at Softcat, that has completely changed! I now feel far more confident in both!

    • It was a very good programme - one i would recommend to anyone!

    • It was highly organised, monthly training and constant trips to meet up with other apprentices.

    • 100% support, I couldn't have asked for more from my buddy or mentors or manager!

    • I received lots of support, monthly catchups along with 1-2-1 tuition throughout the 12 months.

    • It helped me to structure and organise myself much more than before.

    • I play football as part of work, however, there are so many different clubs and networks I can join.
