My role as a shift manager is to manage shifts and make sure everything on the day to day operations runs smoothly with no complications
I have learnt so many new skills being a shift manager for McDonald’s
I enjoy my programme very much
It is very well organised and had a great structure to it
I receive endless amounts of support from my employers
I receive loads of support from giving me extra time to come plate my work while at work
It gives me a better insight to what the job role should actually be and what should be done

Because the job it’s self can be difficult but the people you meet there stay your friends for life
