  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Early careers team support was good however could do with more communication once role has commenced and more social and networking opportunities. Apprentices would benefit from specific system related training, not shadowing from colleagues and a detailed account of the job role prior to enrollment.

  • Programme is well organised and information is provided in advance although some small communication errors have occurred.

  • My manager provided alot of support initially to gain access to systems and devices but less as the apprenticeship commenced

  • I have yet to access my training provider

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification is very detailed and provides me with an opportunity to gain a certificate in banking. The qualification will provide me with the knowledge in how to develop excellent communication skills and maintain rapport with clients. However the role that i have been needs to be more relevant to my apprenticeship.
