Confidence Motivation Responsibilities Maturity
I enjoyed the learning on the job extent to the apprenticeship.
Very organized and structured and it allowed you to progress as an individual
Lots from softcat from apprentice managers, line managers and the L&D department of the business.
From remit I received a lot of support but in errors I did struggle to help and find support.
It allowed me to get a great understanding of both role and apprentice areas of the business which helped me progress to the position I am in now.
Golf days and loads of great society’s such as film, football, casino and many more.
