I support the 4Studio production team. So helping with casting people for our shows, casting calls with them, looking for locations, helping with scrip/beat sheet. When there is a shoot I am then a runner on the shoot, looking after the contribs etc and much more!
Yes, I have learnt the ins and outs with the production process. How it all works and what the timescale and budget looks like.
My apprenticeship programme is great. It is relevant to my day to day job. I find some of the bootcamps a little long, and I find keeping focus difficult, but when we do collaborative tasks it improves.
It is organised, assignments given straight after our workshop and punctual marking of assignments. We have had quite a few different tutors involved which has complicated things a little, but it has improved well.
So much support. My manager is always here for support and my team is so open with each other. I really feel supposed and if I had any problems I wouldn't have an issue with chatting to the team.
I feel well supported, they are always there for any questions or concerns.
I think it contributes well. It helps me reflect on learnings and links in with my daily role. It helps me work better with more people too.
So many. Every week there is something going on, lots of social events. There is events for specialist days and they are so inclusive.
Yes
