I have learnt to be a lot more empathetic and to someone, others can go to. - Confident in hosting meetings and workshops. - Able to work under pressure - Hit KPIs (personal & company) - Prioritising tasks
At first I found my programme very stressful, I wasn't given much support from my first LDC. I ended up starting behind other people on my cohort as I wasn't given all of my logins so wasn't able to get on with my learning.
It took a long time to get started on the programme, and with my old LDC I found things extremely difficult to navigate. I now have a new coach who has supported me and helped me get back on track.
My employer supports me alot with my programme.
As mentioned before, my old LDC was not very supportive and did not help me get on track. Having my coach has changed my outlook on the programme and I am now confident that I can complete the course.
I have gained a lot of knowledge since beginning this programme and have imbedded it into my work on a day to day basis.
We often have events running within our organisation. We have big company party once a year over Christmas and each store are able to organise days out for their crew also.
