  • I have learnt to be a lot more empathetic and to someone, others can go to. - Confident in hosting meetings and workshops. - Able to work under pressure - Hit KPIs (personal & company) - Prioritising tasks

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • At first I found my programme very stressful, I wasn't given much support from my first LDC. I ended up starting behind other people on my cohort as I wasn't given all of my logins so wasn't able to get on with my learning.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It took a long time to get started on the programme, and with my old LDC I found things extremely difficult to navigate. I now have a new coach who has supported me and helped me get back on track.

  • My employer supports me alot with my programme.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • As mentioned before, my old LDC was not very supportive and did not help me get on track. Having my coach has changed my outlook on the programme and I am now confident that I can complete the course.

  • I have gained a lot of knowledge since beginning this programme and have imbedded it into my work on a day to day basis.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We often have events running within our organisation. We have big company party once a year over Christmas and each store are able to organise days out for their crew also.

  • Yes

  • It is a good place to work to develop multiple skills needed in the world of work.

  • Be curious, ask lots of questions and take any opportunity given to you.
