I have developed my confidence is management decisions and how to think about the implications and factors that go into a decision
I enjoy learning about the different aspects to consider when working in hospitality. I especially enjoy looking at the marketing strategies involved.
Very well structured, excellent breakdown and split of workload and constant communication when needed.
I receive as much support from my employer as needed, they schedule time for me to be able to work on my course, arrange cover for when I have meetings and answer any questions I have and need answering.
Excellent support from my Lifetime Team Member, he always checks in and sees that I’m doing okay and if I need any help, is always willing to answer any questions I have.
It helps me have a deeper understanding of what is happening within the hospitality industry and work on improving my management techniques with this new information
There are some extra curricular activities available, I haven’t done any of them as none are really things I am interested in but I know several people enjoy the things on offer.
