  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I started in a seconded role when I started the ILM course, I was able to use my lessons in self awareness and self management to understand my blind spots and organisational skills and how I could improve on them. In my seconded role it was a whole new role, so I had to build an end to end process. I was able to use decision making and problem solving with this role.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutor at Accipio was great, always got me to think outside of the box, including getting me to do questions and answers via a recording rather than typing, this took me out of my comfort zone. We had a great rapport, Wendy was very friendly, which made me feel at ease.
