supporting Adult with daily care and supervising care staff
yes, linking relevant law relating to care setting
it is good to learn the in-depth aspect of health and social care
it is structured but what it lacks is continuity of staff
Not much
I was supported when allocated to a tutor but as earlier said, continuity of tutor would have helped a great deal; I'm on my 3rd tutor
im better focus and my sense of responsibility is more pronounced now
yes, team challenge and events for residents
Yes
i enjoy working with Reminiscence team and we make our resident our first priority always
