Very mixed review with Paragon, feel like my tutor supports me however with the constant changing of staff for studies, its hard to gain momentum with any modules.
I've developed many skills since being with Paragon from my Level 2. Ive developed from a school student to a work professional.
I've enjoyed the journey I've been on with Paragon, picked up a lot of skills and developed my knowledge on how to be a good professional.
My tutor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] does a good job of structuring my program. She's very flexible at scheduling considering I'm a tax advisor and need certain point of the year to concentrate on work.
My employer massively helps where they can, they givem e the time to revise, and time to pass my exam. Always supportive if i need additional support.
The tutors themselves tend to be good however, they constatnly change giving a lack of consistency and rapport built with the tutor.
Ive become a much better professional, from joing after school it was hard to adjust however, with the support of paragon they provdied me with guidance.
Yes, we have many different work events such as summer BBQ, Christmas Do and monthly meet ups. THs is something that i help towards organising.
Yes
I've massively progressed over the years. Been given time and support to get my qualifications and also picked up life lessons along the way.
I would advise not getting behind on any bud activities as there is nothing worse. being patient with the programs and sticking through to the end.
