  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I've been an apprentice at Christie's for 6 months now and its been a great way to start my career and all apprentices are very well looked after and are supported immensely but our HR team and all staff around us in our company. Working at Christie's gives you an opportunity to get involved into so many interesting events and sales we hold, everyday is so different and interesting at Christie's.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Working at Christie's I have gained and develop so many skills. Some mains skill would be communicating effectively to colleague and clients. Also using daily application like Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint. Also I'm always leaning by taking of new tasks and projects I'm working on and being able to join meeting to see how other projects are made.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy Multiverse and Christie's. Both set up amazing networking event for all of our apprentices to get together new and old. They are both always make themselves available if we have any questions or problems and are always sending us useful links and tips for us to use and encourage us to make the most of our time here.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program here at Christie's and Multiverse is very well structured. Here at Christie's we all have a group chat were we can ask any question and any updates can be put through there. We all get assigned buddy's who help us if we have any questions.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Christie's offer so much support to us daily, we have a group chat with our HR team, Christie's also offer great Off The Job Training. When we first started we had a whole week of getting us settled and training us but also getting to know each other as well.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Multiverse offer so much. They have a great community where we can sign up for events and post articles with tips and useful information. Our coaches are also to hand if we have any problems or questions. They also offer so much material and meeting on all our module, which makes our work a lot clearer and less stressful do to.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that's my qualification teaches us so many skills that I use daily at work. They are always teaching us how to use all the applications we use everyday and new applications we haven't used before. They show us how to communicate effectively with colleague and clients.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, here at Christie's we are always getting sent social networking events for apprentices and for all staff to get involved with. They also offer great overtime that we are able to get involved with, which gives us a great opportunity to get involved with exciting events. We also have a running club which many staff gets involved in and many other clubs and communities to get involved with

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I would recommend Christie's to a friend as we are so well supported here, they settled us in so well and continue to help us throughout. We get so many opportunities to connect with others and each other through social events. Everyone who works at Christies is so nice and have such a warm and welcoming environment and they have been accepting apprentices for many years they are a really experienced and well managed company when it comes to apprenticeships.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Christie's?
  • Some tips and advice I would give is to be yourself and to put yourself out there as much as you can and make connections with as many people as you can. To do research about the company so your well prepared. My main advice would be to not be afraid to ask HR any questions, they are always happy and available to help out.
