I undertake various property inspections based on the state and condition of the property and the fixtures within it. Following these inspections I report on my findings.
Short answer is yes. This apprenticeship will help to develop someone in various ways. Throughout the programme you will develop various skills to perform your role, as well as general employability and essential life skills.
The programme is hard work, but is very engaging and enjoyable. There are always new challenges to solve.
The programme is very well organised, and this has only improved during my time here.
The employer are very supportive, and provide lots of assistance wherever needed.
The training provider is also very supportive, providing various systems and resources to support our development, and our mental health.
My qualification is directly related to my role, so it really does help me perform in my day to day activities.
