Managing a wide range of tasks in the RB team including support of the evolution and delivery of the strategy, reporting and monitoring data and insights relating to inclusion and sustainability, speaking with a range of stakeholders, drafting communications about sustainability for a range of internal and external audiences.
I did not have any work experience in my field when I took on the role, so I have trained on the the job and have learned so many new skills and developed existing ones.
It has renewed my passion foe what I do 10 fold and increased my confidence and ability to deliver.
