I am currently carrying out my final placement in Facilities, for my final year of my apprenticeship. Here I am training to be a technical engineer, and proceeding with projects independently, whilst shadowing others. I am continuing to carry out training and development for this job role until my apprenticeship is completed.
I have learnt how to use AutoCAD and design layouts for updates across the plant, as well as externally. I am learning how to host contractors and organise my workload to ensure that I am meeting my set aims and objectives on time, as requested. Continuing to develop in this area, throughout my final placement.
I am currently really enjoying my Programme, as I am in a final placement that I really do enjoy. Every day I am learning something new, and continuing to development, as well as being able to work with others on site.
Throughout my apprenticeship it has been very well organised, and I have not come across any issues which has allowed me to enjoy this experience.
Continuously receiving support from my employer, and I am able to raise any concerns or issues to them if they were to arise.
Continuously receiving support from my training provider where needed and having regular meetings to ensure that I am on top of my work, which helps me to remain organised and meet my targets.
