Yes the Apprenticeship has provided me a lot of tools and guided me to teach me to manage people better
I really enjoy the interaction with the tutors they make the course worth while and are happy to support and take time to listen
Very well structured and laid out you know what your doing from the start
I allowed to complete my training whilst on the Job which is a great way to learn
My Tutor has been brilliant she responds back to emails quickly and provides the right amount of guidance to support
100% I have noticed changes in my own style of work and it has been commented on from other people so it shows to me that what I am learning is helping me
